The venue coordinator is responsible for overseeing the logistics that directly relate to the venue. An outside planner will coordinate and manage all the details with all the vendors. We will work with the venue coordinator to ensure a stress-free day.

We know what the industry standards are for vendors, therefore, we are able to negotiate with vendors.  We also have partnership codes with different companies like Minted and Generation Tux.

Planning Forever consists of Certified Wedding Planners certified through The Certified Wedding Planner Society, the nations leading wedding certification company. This network has provided me with experts to support and help me elevate my clients’ experience. I have access to special discounts from The Certified Wedding Planner Society's exclusive industry partners. I participate in continuing education regularly to ensure my clients get the latest, most efficient tools and professional experience.
